Help me choose a PDA

Hi guys.. im looking for a solution to the following

- needs 64mb ram
- good gaming performance (pxa255)
- 802.11 wireless
- under $300


i would love a a620 but they are all around $300 and i cant afford that and a CF wifi card.... i was also looking at the dell axim x3i but they go for more than $300.. i found the toshiba e750 for cheap but it has those stupid button lag issues
