Asus A620BT installation problems

I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC and Macromedia Flash player on my Asus, but it keeps coming up with 'Unable to get device information'. Has anyone else seen this and/or a fix? It's syncing fine with file and inbox etc, and stuff from the asus companion and bonus cds install fine. It's got me scratching my head as to the reason.

Don't have a solution, but the only real thing I can say is Welcome to the Wonderful World of Activesync!
