Schtruck wasn't begging for money, you should read the PDAi.org forums a bit better psj3809. Schtruck only stated that IF you wanted to donate, NOW was a good time to do it, that's all.

Schtruck and LDChen (the creator of FPSE) are working really hard on this project, and I can assure you that they never 'begged' for money.

Thats sad to hear. Its a catch 22 really, if CastCE was finished and sold say on Handango i would be happy as hell to buy it just as i bought Pocket C64.

However say you were one of the very few people who did donate money to CastCE you would be angry as hell that it wasnt fully finished and they stopped work on it.

I dont know why he doesnt get the Playstation emulator to a state he wants then try to sell it on Handango or something.

Giving something to the community is far more fun than having to sell it. It would be nice though if all your effords are thanked by getting some money

Selling an emulator, especially the PSX is a bad idea. See: VGS, Bleem.
