battery problem on my asus 620

the battery on my asus 620 isnt doing to good. It is set to 130 brightness and it is on standard mode and im not using WIFI. The Omega one Battery bar program says that i only have 2 hours and 22 minutes at 96%. what is wrong with my battery (if anything).

Yeah that does seem low with no WiFi, if its under warranty then you can get a new battery.

ok, im using this program http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/batmemtime.shtml
and on the up timer, im at an hour and 8 minutes at 87% (also, an hour and 10 min. at 86%). How is this? is that normal, or low, or high?

here is what my ppc is set at:
started at 97% battery
brightness- 130
standard mode
it is just sitting here, no wifi, no games, just at the today screen and the backlight ALWAYS on.

by the way, what does the (5:58 ) thing mean beside the timer on the uptimer?

i guess those programs (at least the one im using) do not tell the battery life left in time correctly. haha, it was way off.
