Warren ... you need to work on your approach. Imagine that some random girl you don't know walked up to you and asked you out. Would you like immediately jump on it. I think you'd probably be more like "what, why are you asking me? Who are you?"
Now, you're doing that same thing to girls that barely know you. You need to start visualizing what effect asking these girls out has on them. Do you think they'll honestly just say "yeah, sure. I don't really know you that well, but I'm immensly confident in myself ... and I have pepper spray in my purse just incase you do turn out to be a freak like 70% of the guys out there."
Visualization is the first step to success. Understanding what effect you have on other people is the second.
