Major confusion here! iPaq 1940 cradle.....

I have an iPaq 1940 and want the cradle to display/hold it in, the average price here in the Uk seems to be abuot £35- ish look here for an example:

But then i found this one here for only £15 on ebuyers site:-

It says without the charger (which im not bothered about really) but would this fit the 1940 iPaq?

Please help!

Yes they look like the same design but I VERY much recommend the 35 one because it is USB. The lesser expensive one is serial which is amazingly more slow.
