I need fast answer as possible

I really need fast answer as possible for this...
I have HP Ipaq H1945 and I followed accolon's guide about how to Convert DivX to PPC and I wasn't very successful. When I try to play the file in my computer, nothing happens (Screen is all black) and if i tries to play at my PPC it freeze... :( Please help me fast. Thank you very much!
