Should I upgrade to PPC2002?

Hi,<br><br>Two days ago a nice courier man delivered my PPC2002 upgrade disk from Compaq which I have had on order since November. Since receiving it I have trawled through many newsgroups and read many articles about the upgrade. The process itself sees quite straight forward and I have had no problems applying ROM upgrades in the past. But what does worry me is the number of times the statement "runs slower" and "hangs regulary" appear in peoples opinions.<br><br>What I would like to know from you guys is:- should I go ahead and upgrade? Does it change anything in GAPI development? If you have upgraded, did you have any problems?
