Dude, thats how SNES emulation works. Some games run fast, some run slow, even on an A620.

Take SimAnt and Zombies ate my Neighbors for example, and you get full speed with sound 0-1 frameskip.

Take Street Fighter Turbo, and you need some more firepower.

since you said PDA and not PocketPC, ill say the zodiac is the best for gaming. www.zodiacgamer.com go check it out, SNES, GB, and NES run beatifully on it. and Duke 3d is looking cool too.
