im in college... and as stated before.. they really dont give a damn what you do in class... hell there are kids in class listening to their ipods during a lecture.. the only pet peeve the professors have is if your cell phone goes off.

since im in college, and i lil more mature than you high school kiddies, i actually try to get work done..l i use my ipaq to jot down notes and stuff and also to listen to mp3s, if the prof isnt talking and just showing slides

Yeah, really. And the problem with the "Palm Pilot" thing is that not only are pocket pc's clearly a different platform than Palms, the "pilot", made by palm, was just one model that they produced back in the early days of pda's. It would be like if people called all automobiles a "Form Model T". However, people are typically unwilling to listen to my speech about how Pocket PC's are a different platform, so I typically offer an explaination such as "It's a PDA. It's a device that allows me to play nintendo games, watch family guy, and listen to music." That's a good way to offer an accurate (although incomplete) explaination, while making people think that pda's are neat (as they are), as opposed to a nerdy piece of gadgetry (also true).

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

I'm a college student as well, and let me tell you: College is a *lot* of fun. I study journalism in zwolle, and we have the good fortune of sharing our building with the techies - which means, our entire building and the building next to us has WiFi! Yay! I was so impressed, I even installed a WiFi network at home.

I always have my [non wifi enabled] PPC with me and sometimes my bulky laptop [when I'm sure I'm going to need it] Almost everyone has a laptop in my class, and teachers don't mind you using them in class. I can also use my PPC, music player, game boy - hell, If I want to I can watch DVD's in class or just not show up altogether :D

Next week I'm getting a Sony Clie TH55 which has built in WiFi, a camera, a 320x480 screen and get this: all in a tablet shape. Woohoo! Now I'll finally be able to surf without that bulky laptop :D For some odd reason people look at you strange when you take your laptop to the bathroom 8O

Lol, it reminds me of the one review I read for the Ipaq1945. I was looking around, and the ppc was one of the top contenders of purchase. Almost all the reviews were +, the only flaws were "boo, not xscale, boo yellow screen, etc." but no review was below 3 stars/5 Then I see a 0/5 and I was like WOW wtf? Maybe the ppc has a serious flaw afterall? Well, the review went something like this: "I was boucing on my toilet listening to mp3s, when my sd card popped out and the thing broke and doesn't turn on anymore"....I LOLed big time.

And going back to the topic...I just got back from english...which I debuted Resident Evil1 for the psx emu FPSECE to my friends...heh, if you could have SEEN their faces :P Suddenly there was a big uproar from all the guys behind me, the teacher even had to start screamin;
