i just played the demo level of warcraft 1 on my ppc, if you use the third page of the virtual keyboard, there is a "c+/-" and a "f+/-" button, used to change frameskip and cycles at runtime, you cant see the values youre just using but you can see the game speed improves greatly while playing with these options. after 5 minutes the game was playable enough to get beaten by the computer enemey XD mamaich told me that he already have some ways to optimize this great emu in mind and he'll fixing the known bugs soon too.

Impressive, I thought it was more a very slow proof-of-concept than something that could have practical purposes. The fun thing about warcraft is that you could load a certain file and edit all the character stats. I made archers uber-powerful :)

I wonder if more advanced games like Raptor/Red Alert will work...i'll try it sometime.

Wow SmokingFish, I should check out PocketMatrix a bit more then I am doing right now .

I just downloaded Warcraft 1 the demo and I am going to test that one too . I'm getting a CD full of DOS games from a friend so I can test a bit more (the only DOS game I have is Warcraft 2 at the moment ).

Oh and I tested Warcraft 2, and it seemed to hang after seeing a small part of the Blizzard Logo, maybe the movie is just a bit too much...

amazing!! great work :) i would love to play ultima8 pagan ;) but i don´t know if it is possible? if warcraft 1 runs fine and pagan runs on the desktop dosbox.. well.... it might work! also - is there any kind of sound?

oi miracle, im at work right now, will be back at 17.00.

i couldnt get sound working, so i disabled all sound options (maybe it will save some emulation time) and ill try some more games once im home , ultima8 would be very cool.

red alert wont run in the current version without changing the screen resolution to 640*480 , but then there are no input options, hope the new version will support 640*480->320*240 scaling.
