Guest, you should have probably just emailed Justing your question considering this is a forum (not quite the place for a specific person-to-person conversation of this matter) or if you were, in fact, addressing your question to all us PM folk you might want to have considered a degree of politeness as is usually expected. That being said, I can't answer your question stright-up, but I can tell you that it will be shipped via USPS (costs around $15), and there will be applicable rediculous taxes (costs around $40+15% of price of PPC I THINK). Now I know you hate links and you can hate me all you want for this but a quick trip to will give you precise daily accurate currency conversions.
