You can email Texas Instruments directly and they will send you a ROM for whatever calculator you need... just say your calc messed up.
Or, if you simply search google, there are many forums with people hosting the files.
Anyways... why get the 83 when you can get the 89? I've got the real thing and it kicks way more ass.
