A WindowsPC backround?

Hey everyone. I was wondering if a shell-enhancement exists for the ipaq that will make it run like a PC-windows desktop. What I mean by that, is I can put shortcuts on my desktop,etc. You know, those with windows just minimize this webpage to see what I mean

maybe this launcher product is what you want, although it is more like a "quick launch" bar than a shortcut -- free though...
