Problem with Asus A716

I have the same problem. The blue lamp is permanently on. The battery drains almost instantly. When the battery is empty the thing just hangs and only a hardware reset revives it. Also I have no answers from ASUS support center !! I will give it back to the supplier against an IPAQ ! Sorry for the ASUS supporters. I would also add that it is mamouth in size which is not very practical (try to put it in your pocket!)
