BargainPDA reviews 1715: 'tiny and useless'

Postby Bjorn Keizers » Aug 2, 2004 @ 8:02pm

. Their conclusion - as expected - : It's a total piece of crap. The worst of the worst. This is the low mark by which crap hardware shall forever be judged.

Their pros and cons list:

Pros:

* Makes a great way to identify stupid rich people

Cons:

* Unreasonable price
* Cheap contruction
* No wireless
* Little memory
* Non-replacable battery
* Lackluster processor

Bottom Line:

Walks like a turkey, talks like a turkey, and is priced like a peacock. An outlandish price for bargain-basement hardware.

Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.

That's not true, doesn't anyone remember playing games on the jornada 525, with only 16 MB of ram total? Simple games like pinball and that fun block breaker game work just fine. But yeah, although I disagree with what you are saying about ram, this device is totally worthless.
