I recently purchased an Ipaq 4150 and have been using it for about 4 weeks now, i find it to be excellent at most things with fast speeds and i love the small form factor. I think that it would have been a pretty stupid decision to purchase such a new product like the Axim x30 Advanced, as it is so new and more and more bugs are going to be found, many of which will be not be able to be corrected. I have no intention of upgrading my PDA until the newer ones with VGA screens, 3d accellerators and faster processors come out, even then, i would wait until they were thoroughly tested. My next upgrade will be probably in 2 years time. So i say to all of you X30 Advanced users who just upgraded, shame on you.

I like the way he says bitch over and over. It truly shows how mature he is and how good a debater he is.

All name calling and typical fanboy comments aside, I repeat as evidenced in the long thread. This forum has become an ASUS fanboy forum. You fanboys act like VGA is a 'new' concept that the a730 will be introducing when in fact Toshiba was first!
But....nobody sells toshiba around here so relevancy was/is pretty low.
The real 'dumbass' is the person who is willing to sit around for months waiting on a machine that has ALREADY been reviewed AND clocked as one of the slowest machines in it's class! Even if a 'fix' were to come out tomorrow rectifying the performance issues with this unit, it will still fall short of the X30 in both functionality(wifi@bluetooth) and SPEED! Basic math children, 620>524!
Lastly, this forum was built upon performance and speed not pretty colors and customer sales. Remember, the popularity of this entire forum was built around running Pocket Quake. This was looong before VGA screens on ppc's, Asus, 'Cozy customer relations', and how can i forget you,

FANBOYS!

Morphgear update is here!

Postby Da1writer » Aug 20, 2004 @ 8:26am

I sometimes wonder why people sometimes go into left field on subjects but anyway, I got great news everyone :D! The Morphgear team has released a new version of Morphgear! Morphgear 2.2.5.1 may have a fix for the Dell Axim X30(624 mhz) and the soon to come others(Ipaq and Asus) by adding a new option called "Cycles" 8O! Some people were asking about this "cycles" thing and we decided to try it out.
Post your opinions in Morphgears Forum site and tell us if it clears the lag issue problems. See ya' guys there  !
