Alright, that last post about Argentum was by me. That statement was completely false, and I decided it would be just plain CRUEL to let it go. I made it up.

Anyway, I am having problems with PocketMatrix now. all the stuff that was new yesterday is still NEW. I can't make it go away.

Furthermore, everytime I want to post, I have to type in my name and email addy.

Maybe I should go delete the cookie and see if it fixes itself.

That was pretty funny randall. This looks like such a gip for developers there is no way this one is legal. They had like 100's of games for 16 bucks.

Looks they added a disclaimer of sorts, I am not sure if that has always ben available on the site or not.

Anyway, it states that these are only demos/freeware/shareware of the games. But they obviously didn't ask for permission to use those demos in a gamepack like that.

I think I would be pretty ticked to find my game among those listed, if I had no knowledge of its use.

A few of those games are by people around here "Weeboo, Peters Gamebox, Lemmings, PocketQuake"

lol... this disk even includes POCCER!

What's the problem with distributing other peoples demos? Because they're charging for it?

Yeah, Peter comes in here occasionally.

Dunno. Ask all the developers around here how they feel about a company like this making money off them, without their consent.

Shouldn't be charging for a demo...it's not right.

Intellectual Property is just that, I should think only the originator has the right to charge.

They'll say that buy selling the demo they'll increase the chance of somebody buying the game.
Lame excuse, I know.
