) and setting some things up again I tried Vietcong @ 1:30am and it runs like a charm @ 1280x1024!
I'm gonna try CS:S when I get home today, and my guess is it will run even better now

1GB RAM (I had 1.5GB, but I had to use 512mb for my 2nd PC since that one doesn't accept SDRAM, what I had left...)
ATI Radeon AX800 (A stands for Asus!) 256mb
Philips 19" TFT screen
Dolby digital 7.1 speakerset (with an Audigy2 sound card)
40GB + 200GB HDD
Before my CPU+MoBo upgrade (I had an AMD AthlonXP 2400+ before) I played CS:S @ 1024x768 with all settings set to high, except for shadows (I think, can't remember but I had to put one option down to medium and that AA and the other one to 4x).
Took me quite some money but I'm happy with it
. Now I'm gonna save up for that sony device .
