Can you clarify your question please?

Emulators are best programmed with languages that compiles to binary codes and not interpreters.

Making a small OS is the same. An interpreter rely mostly on the OS it is running under. API calls and such.

Sorry no you can't do such things in PPL, it's out of its scope.

Libraries in PPL are created the same way most language do them.

What kind of functions are you looking for? :?:

Storage cards are just like floppy disks on your desktop - you don't need to do anything special to use them progmatically.

hahahaha

Hey, I am going to use PPL to create another language. I will call it FPPL (Front Pocket Programming Language). I will then use that specailized language to create the ultimate language called LPRFPPL (Little Pocket in the Right Front Pocket Programming Language).

OK, I just finished. Here are my benchmarks:

50 iterations/sec on PPC
2,000 iterations/sec on PC

Dang, I don't understand!! Any suggestion on how I can get my new langauge any faster? :)
