Pocket Quake On a iPAQ 3765

I have a iPAQ 3765 and I cant get pocket quake to work. I downloaded all 3 of the iPAQ quakes and none of them work, each one says <br><br>Quake Error <br>x  W_loadwadfile: Couldn't load gfx.wad <br><br>Did anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it, I have the pak files.

Hi, I have the same problem. I am running an iPAQ 3630 with PocketPC 2002. I installed in \Storage Card\Quake\ID1 <br>I tap on the 'PocketQuake' and receive :<br><br>Quake Error - W_LoadWadfile: couldn't load gfx.wad<br><br>I also appreciate any help here!<br><br>

i think pq hasn't been done for PPC 2002 yet. Dans a busy man.

Does anyone have an idea when it will be available?<br><br>Also it might be a good idea to mention which OS is supported. It took me a lot of time to download the files (can´t do a thing with them)

sure its been done. use the arm version.

I have downloaded and installed the arm version and receive the earlier mentioned error message.<br>I am stucked here.<br>Can someone tell me, from experience with installing the pocket quake for iPAQ, were to download the correct files and how to install it/or solve the error?

You have to download the pak0.pak.gz.zip file, unzip it to pak0.pak.gz and put IT in \Storage Card\quake\ID1, not the EXE file. The EXE file should be in the quake\ dir.

Thanks for your input. I followed exactly your suggestion. Still I get the error message.
