VGA Themes

I was wondering if anyone knows much about creating VGA Today Themes and what program they use. I am having some trouble with the Spb Extended program and the Microsft theme generator and was wondering if someone might be able to help me or direct me to another program.

Also, whil on the topic of VGA, does anyone know of a good program (if there are any) that converts QVGA to VGA? I am bothered by the fact that my PocketBible isn't even slightly hi-res.

@ Menneisyys, very nice article about image viewers. You forgot 1 though. works very well for me.

@ The Blur, Have you tried to use the brute force feature in I'm not sure how well it will work with PocketBible though.
