Windows wont read the file system of the xbox because the Xbox hard drives are locked. And without a modded xbox were you can unlock an xbox hard drive your screwed. But if you get it to work and then FTP it using Flash XP you can transfer files in and out of the hard drive.

Windows doesn't need to look, infact the data recovery program I use doesn't even need it to have a drive letter.
