No, you don't understand. That file is still stored in your A730's ROM (READ-ONLY memory; not NAND flash memory). Specifically, do this:
In Resco go to \Windows\StartUp and delete BTTrayCE.lnk (though you may want to back this up*). Soft-reset. Now delete BTTrayCE.exe in \Windows. Soft-reset again. Now your old BTTrayCE.exe should be back!
*Not sure if this would work but you might be able to get the 3D icon with just the ink shortcut files. I don't know, try it out after but remember to backup your old ones first!
