Morphgear performance - A730W vs X50?

Really the best for emulator performance is the X30 high at this point, although the X50v is not far behind at all. The difference is really negligeable. Of course, the X30H had/has REALLY screwed up button problems, and I don't think they 100% worked them out.

Can I safely assume that X50 runs most SNES games at perfect fps wo frame skipping, 730 almost so, 730 not quite good for GBA (with sound), and X50 better than 730 but still not so pleasantly for GBA with sound?
