Well, believe it or not, I think it's a upgrade for your PPC.?!!

Here is a quote from the programmer of a dictionary program:
" There is a bug on these devices running WM2003SE which causes WordNetCE to crash. This is a known problem by Microsoft, and this has been addressed in the .Net Compact Framework 1.0 SP3.
Download and install SP3 to fix a number of .Net Compact Framework issues. Thanks to 'jwilam' for pointing this out."

Although it says 2k3OS, I have no idea if this is necessary for VGA PPC users.
I would try it only if you would like the freeware dictionary and it doesnt work without it.
