My asus a620 keeps pissing me off. Hard resets, EVERY TIE<

Seriously, what is up? Everytime, my asus just hard resets. I leave it turned off, an hour later, the battery seemed to be drained, and it hard reset. Isn't there a backup battery that saves everyhing and shuts it off? Seriously, WEEKLY hard resets. Getting so pissed, all my files getting deleted.

Please tell me a solution to this. Thanks.

No, people love to buy it, because even though the device isn't perfect, they've got the best damn support with both Justin and Asus themselves. Much better than you'll get with HP where it'll be more economical to buy a new device than get yours fixed.

Every device have these problems, and a dead battery is nothing to blame Asus on.
