Chris, I know too late, the deals are expired but there were some amazing deals on Dell computers with that monitor a couple days ago. I found these on www.bensbargains.net which posts a lot of good Dell deals. If you want this monitor, you should wait around until they have some more deals like this. Hmm, I just realized you were looking at the 2005FP, not the 2001. Oh well.

I bought a 2005FPW and two 1704FVP monitors to go along each side of it. The bezels line up perfectly and it's a good looking setup.

I've got three ATI cards in a machine that provide DVI outputs to all three displays. It's a pretty
nice setup, but I don't play games on it. It's just used for software development.
