None of which disputes the fact that a selfish act is not just one that serves the self, but does so without regard for others. So, even if you stand to gain from it, so long as it benifits others it is not, by definition, selfish.

What do you think Jesus did that was selfish?

If you sacrifice yourself to save the life of another, is that selfish? What was that desision drived from?

If selfishness is doing something for yourself that is not concidering others then, yes, eating is selfish. Which would ultimently mean, that it is impossible to do anything selfless. I beleive that you are skewing what selfishness realy is.

Do you think I beleive in God because it makes me feel good. If you do, you are wrong.

I know that I do selfish things, everyone does, there is no way to avoid it. I am probly as selfish as anyone on this board.

I try to do things that benefit others, and when I have done things like that, I feel good about it. I don't think that is selfishness.

Believing in God is a selfish or unselfish thing it’s believing. If you believe Jesus was able to save you from your sins then you believe he was more than human. I am talking about humans.
