Well, Warhammer 40K: Winter Assault has already been announced (it's an expansion pack for Dawn of War).

As for the other project(s), I cannot comment on them, not even their existence.

PC Gamer already said they knew from Relic that two new rts games were in the works. Winter Assault looks cool. DOW was so much fun, I'm glad to be getting a new playable race.
Organic Superlube? Oh, it's great stuff, great stuff. You really have to keep an eye on it, though--it'll try and slide away from you the first chance it gets.
