MyPal730w hard reset

Please help. How can I make hard reset MyPal A730W. I tried to do it with button for recording beside ON/OFF button and reset it the same way as at MyPal620 but unfortunately without success.
Please help me.

POWER + SOFT RESET and then button 3?
No, I've never seen that, I've never seen anyone drive their garbage out to the curb and bang the hell out of it with a stick. No, I've never seen that.
