So in the end I ordered this:

Apparently it isn't too bad, but I'll see when I get it. The 320x240 color screen and album display seem pretty cool, but it might be a gimmick. I mainly got it for the cheaper price, longer battery life, bigger storage and included LCD remote.

Ummm does it even support MP3? Or is it that gay sony thing where it has to convert every mp3 of yours into Atrac before it puts it on the player.

Also its twice as thick as the 60gb iPod!!

Yeah, with the new firmware released earlier this year, it does.

Only the bulge at the end is thick. The rest of it is about the size of a normal 20GB iPod. From what I've heard the pocketablity is a tiny bit troublesome but isn't that much of a problem. Besides, since it has an LCD remote, I can put it pretty much anywhere and still control it.

Also, on the SHOUTcast page of the radio station you're listening to, you can easily copy the title and paste it in , for example. Translation is far from perfect, but it should help you out in the right direction .

You might want to tune in on my radio station, if it's online . I'm running a test with SHOUTcast at the moment to see how well it works out. It's mainly so I can listen to my music while at work, but also because my little brother kept asking me to copy music over . I've got several jPop albums in my shuffle list, so it's a nice way to get to know a bit more about Otsuka Ai, Ayumi Hamasaki, Asian Kung-Fu Generation, ZONE and some others I forgot to mention .
