That does bring up an interesting consideration, though. As much as we've all gotten used to it, perhaps it's time to change the name, as Pocket Programming Language is no longer truely reflective of all of this tool's capabilities.

I still consider it pretty pocketable. It's a small package that does a lot I know. It could probably still fit on a diskette! :) I kinda consider the PIDE a side product somehow, that is why I still think Pocket Programming Language is fitting.

I really missed the point that PPL isn't only for PPC's. That's right. Maybe another contest should appear: new PPL name contest? Thanks for your comments guys. :wink:

Pocket has since evolved to mean small in size, not restrained to PocketPC, IMO.

Something to make clear in the marketing materials though :P
