Enslave quest for the quoute :).

Enslave quest for the quoute :).

Postby jaguard » Mar 11, 2006 @ 1:17am

I wish to arrange.. A sort of competition or something. We thought it would be nice feature to include into our upcoming Enslave game a thing like "quoute of the day", only this will be "quoute of the loading screen". It may take several seconds to load all the stuff(There be a total of about 1500 frames of animation/graphics parts/etc!), so people take their time reading the quotes.

So, guys. If you want, post a short quote(your faivorite, or one you like, or anything) here something about space/space science/maybe astronomy, well, anything that fits, funny is the best, something about attacking aliens or attacking by is awesome. And if we like it, we will incude into our game.
But also, we will choose the 3 best quoutes in our view and the posters will recieve a free copy of Enslave, once it's released.

Now post if you wish :). I'll start:

"Poehali!"
Y. Gagarin, First man in space.

In my sig, and if you've seen the movie...you'd understand.
-Ray Peterson, The 'burbs

And also "If it bleeds, we can kill it" and if you don't know from what movie it is, shame on you.
No, I've never seen that, I've never seen anyone drive their garbage out to the curb and bang the hell out of it with a stick. No, I've never seen that.

Crosswind technique: "Using your peripheral vision, react to body movements, gasps, groans, and shouts from the other side of the cockpit, and always remember that it's better to be lucky than good."

Doesn't seem to be much of activity here :).

Well, anyway, guess I'll need to choose the winners here. Very very hard choise, considering that there're only 4 posters :).

So, well. The winners are:

1. Presto. I like your quotes best of all.
2. gamefreaks. Not very good for our game, but quotes are pretty nice.
3. David Horn :->> . Sorry Blade Runner, I don't really like riddles 8=).

All the winners will recieve their Enslave copy in a few days. Congrats! :).
