I don't believe PQ is QW compatible.

I setup a simple 1.08 standard server on my PC and connected to it with a few friends without a problem.

It's totally playable online, but you need a CF modem, ethernet card, or a highspeed wireless ethernet connection. There isn't anything fast enough in the states yet to play totally wireless, i.e. at the bus stop.

999

Connect to your Nokia 8290 or 8810 phone, it has a data rate of 28.8k, faster than my Dial-Up connection through solid lines.

I am getting a local wireless service in my area. I forget what wireless signal it uses(not cdma or cdpd) But it is capable of 128K-3MB a second. I am only getting the 128k-384k package though. It will still be perfect for playing quake during school:)

When the new design goes up here at PocketMatrix we will set up a PocketQuake Quake server during that time. Than you all can enjoy playing against each other.... So when Phat lips you off or something you can go and kill him....well... quake him :)

My Quallcomm connects at 14.4k, when my old nokia (when it would connect, f'in buggy infrared) only connected at like 9600, that's why I was curious. Thanks.
