THANKS PAUL... But, why does the screenshot looks so "ugly" in the site? It looks milky.

Thanks again,
Diego Cueva

Sometimes you can get really decent screenshots by "noclipping" (type NOCLIP at the console) and flying around. This gives an angle not otherwise seen by the player, and would work pretty well for a map that is wide open like pQomplex.

Yeah, but you can also take screenshots from withoin your PPC.

I bound a key like this:

bind AUX1 "screenshot"

Now every time I press the AUX1 button it takes a screenshot (in crappy PCX format, which needs to be converted to GIF or JPEG to be useful).

Otherwise you can use the desktop f12 button like Paul said.

Wow, this is all from memory?

Pretty amazing.

I like the idea of the easter egg area underneath the main map. With all that room, I'm interested to see what you come up with.

BTW, I can RocketJump out of that area which is cool, but I can't get out of the water, can you raise the waterline?

right, i just had a look at the screenshots and i thought i *might* retake them in glquake (but with less milkyness) so they fit in with the other shots. I'll but your name on there too and make another popup thing

what do you think of the other screenshots? are they too milky as well?
Last modification: Paul - 04/26/01 at 05:33:35
