How do I get the .pak smaller????

How do I get the .pak smaller???? As I have a Hp Jornada 545, and only a 4mb CF Card . . . which means that I would run out of space if I put the defualt .pak (I only have 16mb ram, about 10mb needs to be free). So where do I get the .pak explorer?? and what do I take out?? Any surgestions would by very much apprecated (<- I hate being a cr@p speller!!!). Quote: "Is the rail the be all and end all?"
