What chuck is trying to say is that yes you can play over the internet, however, you would need at least a 56k connection to the net (Ricochet, GRPS, etc). You would recieve around 20fps on an ipaq in an optimized map with other people playing in the map.

why is the e-115 better, the em-500 faster
is it just because of the mmc slot?

the ipaq is the fastest at 206mhz.. you can overclock it to 236mhz with a simple program from jimmysoftware.com.

The E-125, not E-115, like he said. It's the same speed, has more RAM and ROM, and has a better screen and better expansion port (CompactFlash). The EM-500 is an over-rated gameboy that can not be expanded.

and don't listen to anyone ipaq's suck, when they release that 400mhz one in september, then ipaq will be cool. But if they don't fix the QC problems i'm still not buyin it..

Speaking of Gameboy, I played the new Gameboy Advance the other day. It feels pretty good- the horizontal format is so much better. Sound and graphics are hugely improved. Still, it's a Gameboy- blah.

The screen is still super tiny, something like 240x120. I was playing Mario Bros. (old arcade version) and I couldn't see the whole screen at once, so I had to keep scrolling up and down.

A simple platform game like that shouldn't have to scroll- it didn't on the original arcade version. I do have to admit the Advance graphics looked better than the original.

There's an emulator for GBA already? What the hell? The device isn't even released yet.
