can't start pocket quake

I'm using a different .pak cause I can't fit the 18meg pak on my iPaq. I get a "you must have the registered version to use modified games" error. Is there a registered version of PQ out there?<br><br>how do I get around this? thanks

You must use either the shareware version of it installed, or u must have the registered PAK1.PAK file installed WITH the pak file you're using. Quake only lets you modify the pak file and game (which you have done, but decreasing the size of the PAK file) if you own the full version, to prevent usage of mods, etc.
