Well, im tired of this HP and frankly speaking i can see why Dixons, (london electronics store) have cut its price to £199 , so tommorow, monday, im gonna go TELL THEM TO STICK THIS HP up thier....erm...you know what, and give me an IPAQ, i cant believe i didnt research this 8bit-->16bit problem well, im gonna give dixons a piece of my mind and pay an extra £136 to get a NEW IPAQ!! now that should solve my problems....hey if you guys think i should go for something else you got 12 hours to tell me :)...my pc has been downloading EVC from the ms website for 7 hours now...damn i hate 56k...at least its free :)..god im really annoyed for going for a cheap ppc, when i didnt have a set budget....i couldve gone for the ipaq and saved myself a WHOLE lot of trouble!!
So im new, to hell with it.

you're in england? great. i dont go into dixons anymore. my local branch completely changed and they dont sell half of what they used to...

if you had enough for an ipaq in the first place why get an 8bit jornada? i thought the hp was already about £200 anyway.

Well, im writing from my office so i had better be brief...although its my last week here at scotia mocatta hehe. Well i went to dixons with my jornada 520 to ask for a refund...gawd ive never regretted doing something so much before! The manager was a nice indian bloke...i had to raise my voice several times before he let me get my refund...once i had got the refund i told him that i wanted a NEW ipaq hehehe...he said fine got out this nice box and handed to me...i owed him only £136 on top of my £200 i had paid for the jornada...making my ipaq cost : £336 its a 3630 and is a real LOOKER! its a really good looking! Only problem is i didnt pick up a cf exp slot while i was there...so ill go back hehe ;) and give another go and that poor manager. Does ne one know if this will effect my credit rating?? hehe. Ne way i had enough problems getting it on, there is this littl e switch that must be flipped before you can turn it on! DOH no one told me...although i couldnt be bothered to look through the instructions hehe. NO TIME! ne way ill let you know how i get on...i love its 16bit display its soooooooo avant garde.

This probably isnt a big deal i just wanted to let you know an ipaq acually has a 12 bit display, but it does run software ment for 6 bit becuase of it's screen driver or somthing like that. And it looks pretty crappy compaired to a 16, i wish i wouldnt have bought an ipaq.
