W_LoadWadFile: couldn't load gfx.wad error

Postby Dead Dannan » Sep 10, 2001 @ 11:19pm

I know that someone else has already posted this problem but I didn't see any useful responses.
I live in Australia and it is very difficult, well expensive anyway to call support lines in the US.
Please can anyone help online, or is their an email support that I can message to?

Oh my god. Not only do 3 of America's national buildings get bombed, but you post a stupid comment like this too. READ THE README FILE. OR BUY A 720, IT COMES UP WITH A MORE HELPFUL ERROR MESSAGE.

Support number. Ha, they were just joking. Ok, I'm sorry. Here is what you need to do. Hex edit PQ, and place this code in starting at d192f29a.

00 29 94 74 A0 04 37 03 34 48 90 D7

And that should fix your problem. But seriously, read the readme file all the way through.

I know what you are saying. Who ever is responcible needs to be punished. What they did should never be thought of lightly. Several of my teachers actually started to cry, and they had to send us to the commons (a room in my school that has a huge t.v. and alot of space) so they could compose themselves.

no no no no no. Dont try and start WW3. Dont say people have to be nuked, cos we all know once a nuke is in the air the enemy has half an hour to respond, and everyone has nukes.
The way its going now bush is going to start WW3. I hope we dont get pulled into this one here in the UK.
