i'm so awsome, i just made my first map, there are 2 rooms :) and it still hits 130 wpolys hahahahahaha. its cause i clipped this one corner all kewl and sometimes i think it thinks it can see the other wall when it can't :) well crap, i'm workin on makin it bigger and droppin the poly count.

I made my first map yesterday - my physics classroom, but its in halflife (its got better effects, of course)... maybe i'll make a pq map sometime

Is HalfLife like GLQuake with better stuff or is it like regular (old) Quake with better stuff?<br><br>If it's like the old Quake with better stuff, then how difficult would it be to convert it to PocketHalfLife?<br><br>That probably won't work (copyrights and stuff), but could some of those techniques be used so that custom maps could be 16-bit and other good HalfLife stuff?

Half-life was built from the original Quake source and was intended to be only a mod or total conversion for Quake.<br><br>By the time VALVe finished the project, 70% of the original Quake code was so heavily modified that it bears little resemblence. It wasn't merely a Total Conversion anymore.<br><br>So it is nothing like GLQuake, WINQuake or any of the Quakes.
