CNet has an old version of PQ listed (0.03), without any links to the required pak file. So a bunch of people are having problems over there just trying to get it to work. So several weeks ago I submitted the latest version of PQ so they could update (0.03 only supported iPaq). They finally got back to me today, and sent the following:<br><br>The Download.com software library contains only those beta releases that are stable and functional enough for distribution to end users. We have determined that the beta program you submitted does not meet these criteria, and unfortunately we must decline to include it in our library. Please feel free to resubmit your program once it is out of beta.<br><br><br>Dan East

What you should do is deny CNet the right to distribute your file, that would solve all the problems. But deleting PocketQuake.zip and having a 404 page that just redirects instantly to the main PQ page is good.

I think everyone will be pleased to know that CNet has returned my email. Lets see, I emailed them 8/13/01, and received a response on 10/30/01. That's a fast turn around of 75 days or so.<br><br>[sup]I have checked our submission queue and have not seen any update submitted from your company. I am hiding it from our site for the time being. Please log on to get an Upload.com account and submit your update.
