Download version of Quake.

Hi.<br><br>I've got the full download version of quake, and I'm not able to find the pak1 file anywhere.<br><br>Is there a way to run the full version of Quake on my Jornada 568 with this version of Quake?<br><br>-Dan.

You shouldn't legally be able to download a version of Quake that has the full registered data files (pak1.pak). If you downloaded from id Software, then you just have the shareware version, whose data file can be downloaded directly from the Pocket Quake site. If you purchased Quake and have it on CD-ROM, then you should be able to find the pak1.pak file on there somewhere. You don't need pak1.pak to play Pocket Quake, just pak0.pak.<br><br>Dan East

But to actually answer your question, yes, PQ can play any of the Quake mods and maps, it just needs the data files.<br><br>Dan East
