Now it's my chance to cry wolf!

Now it's my chance to cry wolf!

Hi, I'm thinking about making a port of, well, I'll let you guess by "cliking on reply and reading the text box that appears after the label 'Subject:'".<br><br>What do you guys think?  And, I'll need a few testers for platforms other than the godly 720.  I haven't started yet though, so lets see what turns up first.

First things first though, before I spend ever waking minute of a Wolfenstein (SP) port, I would like my label changed please.  I want it to say either "Got Muffins?" or "Muffin Programing God".  lol

Does anyone know where I can download the share version of Wolf?  I have the source but the link for the shareware version at download.com isn't working.

Ok, to start out with, i feel really stupid asking this question.  i know the answer is probably incredibly simple, but I haven't had to worry about his in a really long time, so I forgot the sollution.  How do you fix the unable to find precompiled header error that evc++ 3.0 give you?<br><br>BTW, to make a short story longer.  I was in class yesterday and this anoying kid asked me how to make a program for a new formula we had just learned.  Being as sarcastic as possible, I told him.  Then, to test it out, he compared his results to mine.  They were always different.  I he claimed my program was wrong, but I knew that the formula was so simple, there was no way my formula was incorrect.  Well, to shorten this story, I was wrong.  I was outprogramed by a person who had never written a line of code in his life.  NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Thanks Dan :)  I knew is was something simple like that, I just couldn't rember what it was.  Also, I would like to thank everyone who made my new tag "Got Muffins?" possible.  It's beautiful.  In a lighter note, the word muffin is not in my latin/english dictionary.  Does anyone know what it is?  I was thiking about putting a litin phrase as my sig.

Just to give you a little status update.  I have opened the sorce, and have played around with it a little bit.  But, this is not one of those "already works on a ce 3.0 device so I just need to change a few api calls" port.  It looks like a lot of work, so don't expect a beta anytime soon.  I'm guessing that, If I work mainly on weekends on this port, in a month I should be starting to make some real progress, and at that time, I'll be able to give a better time approximation.  BTW, for spite, I think I will release the 720 version and wait about 2 weeks before I release the ppc versions.  Beta testers, however, will get all of the versions around the same time.  So, that will be most of the members on this board who choose to participate.  Here's hoping.
