Unzipping Pak0.pak.gz.zip file???

I cannot open the zipped pak file on my desktop with Winzip, something like "Not a valid ZIP archive", my original intentions were to extract the files onto my desktop's harddrive, and load them onto my Pocket PC.  Therefore I am going to assume that the zipped pak file must be unzipped on the Pocket PC itself.  Can anyone tell me how to solve my problem, or where to find a good Pocket PC unzipper?

If the *.zip file itself does not open, then it must be currupt.  I recomend redownloading it from the PQ website.
