pocket quake, illegal operation

pocket quake, illegal operation

Postby Liard » Dec 30, 2001 @ 8:00pm

I am running quake from the root directory on an ipac 3600. I get an error message that says quake.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down

Does PQ report any error messages before it crashes? Did you copy gx.dll into the \windows\ directory of your Pocket PC? Are you using the correct version for your type of iPaq?

Dan East

Are you overclocking your ipaq? it doesn't seem to like being run at 236mhz, it fails randomly, usualy at startup.
