Hey can do whatever he wants to his OS.<br>And it is free, because you can download it from the mandrake website.

Anyone can do anything they want to their own OS, so this isn't a special "feature" exclusive to Linux.<br><br>And Moose erroneously stated that ALL versions of Linux are "Free!"
