Matchbox 20 and Dave Matthew's are alright. Everclear is kind of dumb.

No way man. They're on their 5th album and with 3 members (i.e, one guitar, one base and drums), make some really nice riffs and above avarege lyrics. Lately they're softer (and better) then in the begining - got more mature, I guess. They're Cool with capitol C.
