I am slightly psychic. It's more of an instinctual prediction, but I can also force myself out of body for short periods of time (seconds, if that) and receive flashes on visual information about a location. I also believe I can psychically suggest a course of action for another person to take, although their own free will is usually greater than my suggestiveness.
